Are you a passionate person with strong expertise in UX and UI Design? IWA is on the hunt for an expert UX/UI Designer to design compelling and usable digital entities for our clients.

We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, user-centric environment. Excellent communication skills necessary and self-directed, can-do attitude a must.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with stakeholders in order to understand our client’s needs
• Work with Project Managers and technical team to identify mutual objectives and produce the best results.
• Influence the evolution of IWA’s design team with leadership opportunities on the horizon.

Experience and skills

• Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision and other relevant digital design applications
• Expertise in digital design, such as prototyping, conducting UX research,  interaction design, wireframing and visual design
• Extensive UX and UI design experience (4+ years)
• Ability to design visually beautiful entities and holistic User Experiences
• Ability to deliver on time and manage your own time
• Expert in designing for mobile applications, web and desktop, including responsive web design
• Outstanding communicator and effective storyteller. Ability to communicate abstract and concrete concepts to a diverse internal team as well as our clients. Excellent communication in the Technical and Customer Services spheres are necessary to be successful in this position.
• Fluent in Finnish and English
