Dsign is an award-winning interior design company that has worked with hotels, shopping malls, coffee shops, airlines, and cruise lines. They have twenty-five top professionals working at their office. For each case, dSign puts together a team that's able to respond to the requirements of the client and carry out the project in the best possible way.

In 2018 dSign asked IWA to build a web application that their clients can use to track the progress of their design projects and to communicate with the designers. They had a clear vision of the result and how they wanted the web application to work and look like.

"As an interior design company, we are always looking for ways to make our service for our clients better. Working with IWA allowed us to take an idea and concept we had and turn it into a concrete service our clients can now use.", explains Vertti Kivi, the CEO of dSign.

The project was done onsite at the client’s office in close cooperation with dSign and new functionalities were added during the agile development process based on the discussions between dSign and IWA. The development took about eight weeks, and the web service was built with Ruby on Rails for backend and Angular 6 and Bulma CSS framework.
